Body Savers for the Traxxas Rustler 4x4 solve the problem of body mount holes that crack or tear out. Mounting screws can pull through a body and make it expensive to replace, and these keep the body firmly attached without ugly thick washers. The front pieces look like molded hood vents, and the rear pieces look like exposed sections of a roll cage, so the hardware is hidden in plain sight. Two pairs of screws hold the body mount sub-frame to the body at both the front and rear of the truck. The Body Savers tie each pair together and spread the holding force over a wide area of the body. They still work even when the mounting holes are completely torn out of the body from earlier crashes.
