About this part

RPM roof skid rails protect the roof of the Traxxas X-Maxx body. Each rail bolts to the roof with three screws, and each package contains two rails. Full-length under-body support plates keep the rails from being pulled off when the truck flips. The proven RPM nylon absorbs the slide, so the roof has a low-cost buffer. A truck weighing 19+ lb (8.6+ kg) can tear through the thin Lexan body quickly.

Notes

  • RPM Roof Skid Rails are tested to work with TRA #7711, #7711A, #7717G, #7711R, and #7711X bodies only. They have not been tested with any other TRA or aftermarket bodies, and they are not guaranteed to work with them.
