A limited edition Citroen DS with a pre-painted body, cut wheel arches and pre-made body mount holes, which makes construction simpler for beginners. The kit recreates the early model with two rounded headlights. The Citroen DS debuted in 1955 with a striking design. More than 1,450,000 were sold up to 1975, and it became one of the better-known cars of the 20th century. It served as the official car of the French President and won the 1966 global rally championship. The polycarbonate body sits on the MB-01 chassis in its long wheelbase, front motor and front-wheel drive (FF) setup. THE MB-01 CHASSIS: A compact 2WD platform with three wheelbase choices and front- or rear-wheel drive. Without removing the battery pack, motor or radio equipment from the center frame, you change the attachment direction of the final gears and steering linkage to switch drive setups. This model is also described as using a midship motor and rear-wheel drive setup.
