Hot Racing TRA Jato Hardened Steel Two-Speed Gear Set

Hardened steel two-speed gear set for the Traxxas Jato, from Hot Racing. The gears are CNC machined from hardened steel and replace the stock nylon gears. The differential caps are CNC machined aluminum with a blue anodized finish. The set works with both the 2.5 and 3.3 Jato series.

• One 38T differential gear with differential caps
• One 20T differential drive gear (SJT1000D20)
• One 1st speed 32T gear (SJT1000F32)
• One 1st speed 14T input gear (SJT1000F14)
• One 2nd speed 29T gear (SJT1000XF29)
• One 2nd speed 17T input gear (SJT1000S17)
• Two (2) 2x10mm pins
• REQUIRES:
• Removal of the stock nylon gear
• Silicone differential fluid
• Installation into the vehicle
• A light coating of grease on the gears
• The existing differential internal spider gears, side gears, and related parts (5582, 5581, etc.) are reused

Notes

• Replacement M3x2x12mm screw shafts for the 17T and 14T gears are part RJT1000P. An optional aluminum 17T gear is Hot Racing JT1000S17.
