About this part

Hardened steel gear set for the Axial XR10 Crawler. The gears are CNC machined from #45 hardened steel and replace the powdered metal gears in either the front or rear of the vehicle. It is a direct-fit hop-up part.

You will receive

  • One 36T-48P final gear (replaces Axial AX30552)
  • Three 36T-48P idler gears (replace Axial AX30555 and the large stepped gear from Axial AX30554)
  • Two 12T-48P transfer gears (replace Axial AX30556 and the small stepped gear from Axial AX30554)
  • One 22T-48P final drive gear (replaces Axial AX30551)
  • One 14T-48P pinion gear (replaces Axial AX30572)
  • Two 2x7.7mm steel cross pins
  • One 5x6.5x5.7mm (IDxODxL) aluminum spacer

Requirements

  • Light grease on the gears
  • Stock pinion setscrew
  • Medium (blue) threadlocker on the pinion setscrew
  • Two sets are needed to outfit the entire vehicle
