The Phantom PZF T-33 is a kit that combines the Plazma's main chassis and rear suspension with the Phantom's drivetrain. Kyosho works drivers raced this hybrid in the 1980s, but it was never sold as a kit until now. In that decade, 4WD ladder chain cars and 2WD cars with 3-point suspension competed fiercely in 1/12 scale on-road racing. The Phantom EP-4WD dominated both parking-lot tracks and permanent asphalt circuits, while the rear-drive Plazma used its light weight and simple drivetrain to excel where battery efficiency mattered. The PZF T-33 adds newly developed components for performance beyond what was possible in the 1980s. The quick-handling T-33 body also returns, expanding the body lineup. It fits the Kyosho 1:12 Fantom 4WD and general hobby universal fit car parts.
