This Mini-Z AWD Readyset brings the drive of the MINI-Z line to a wider group of drivers. The MA-020 chassis has variable camber suspension (VCS) on the front, which adjusts camber as the suspension moves, and it runs on a purpose-built circuit board. The chassis is set up for the optional MZW446 gyro unit, which is sold separately. Turning a small volume control on the chassis sets how much steering correction the gyro applies when the car changes posture. Beginners and experts can both use this to tune the handling to their own skill. Precision ball bearings keep the drivetrain efficient. The Readyset includes a scale body modeled on the Sprinter Trueno AE86 from Initial D, along with the 2.4GHz Syncro KT-531P radio system, which requires no frequency band setting. Load the batteries and the included drift tires are ready for use. Nearly all ASC MINI-Z bodies fit this chassis, though some body styles may need additional parts. An LED light unit is available separately.
