The Boss is a new JConcepts tire in sticky green compound, sold as a set of two. Its narrow 1.38 carcass and 4.25 overall diameter are designed for 1.9 wheels, which makes it a serious option in the Sporty Mini class. The tread uses a base pallet with overlaying bar tread for flex, grip and sideload stability. The tread is styled with H and + versions, and the pins have radius built in, giving an arch in the radial direction and a bridge in the horizontal. Pin edges are held back from the sidewall to reduce overhang. Exposed sidewall rubber helps in dry conditions, where the sticky compound still performs. The carcass is continuous with minimal lettering and logo height, which allows competition-friendly slide and grind. Embossed JConcepts logos, the item name, part number and sizing are molded into the tire. Fits: Axial AX-10 Scorpion Crawler Axial SCX-10 II Axial SCX-10 II Deadbolt Axial SCX-10 II RTR Axial SCX-10 Scale Truck Axial Wraith 1.9
