JConcepts Megalithic Performance 1.9 Scaler Tire, Green Compound, 4.75in

About this part

The Megalithic is a 4.75-inch competition-dimension crawling tire in green compound. JConcepts calls it its most detailed tire to date. It was created during the company's 20th anniversary research and development work as an intricate crawling tire. The lug layout uses terracing and recessing for footing on almost any terrain. The large bat lug center section can pull in either direction and can be tested with the lugs pointing forward or stepping forward. The club lugs beside the center have recessed areas that define the outside of the tread. The shark's mouth ties the center structure together, and the Megalithic pyramid sits in the middle to give surface area at different angles. The sidewalls have heavy traction bars, removed sections for pitch and flex grip, and several pencil push plots with carved and shaved sections in each rotation. Listed as a general universal fit.
