Foam-Cure is a crystal-clear, silicone-based adhesive that works very well on EPP and EPO foams. It cures to a more flexible consistency than CA, but it is not instant bonding and it has no accelerator. For a quicker initial hold, apply it to one piece, join the two, then pull them apart. After about ten minutes of air drying, rejoining the pieces gives contact-cement-style tack for the next assembly steps. Full strength takes 10 to 12 hours. It works with all foams and bonds most other materials, including wood and plastic to foam, and it is a good canopy glue. It does not cure flexibly enough to act as a hinge for aircraft control surfaces. It struggles on large areas of two non-porous materials, because it needs air to dry. Bonding a half-dollar to glass, for example, would leave over 90 percent of the adhesive uncured, since its solvent has nowhere to evaporate.
