Hot Racing optional heavy duty splined star drive axle kit for the rear of Traxxas 4WD EHD Stampede, Slash, and Rustler trucks. It is machined from hardened carbon steel and aluminum, and it replaces the factory plastic drive axles.

Features

• CNC machined #45 hardened carbon steel and aluminum construction
• Hard black anodized aluminum slider
• Blue anodized aluminum pin capture rings with rubber o-rings to prevent movement
• Design eliminates the CV pin setscrew
• Hardened S2 spring steel wheel shaft, with a black #45 steel finish
• Rubber dust boot to protect the splined drive from the elements
• INCLUDED:
• Two (2) rear CV splined drive shaft assemblies

Requirements

• Installation required. Use removable thread lock (blue) on screws that thread into metal. Light grease on the CV joints and shaft slider splines helps them last longer.
• Replaces the factory plastic Traxxas TRA9052 parts.
