This Universal Gear Set includes gears in several tooth counts and a range of bushings, spacers and shafts for building gear trains. Contents: 10T gears (round hole and hex hole), 20T gears, 30T gears and 40T gears, two of each Three hex hole bushings and three round hole bushings for single-stage gears Two hex hole bushings and two round hole bushings for two-stage gears Spacers, hex shafts, 3mm round screws and 3mm tapping screws Gears with bushings are about 6mm thick. Spacers of 6mm and 12mm are included. The gears are molded in light blue POM for smooth rotation, and no grease is needed. Bushings fit the center holes of the 20T, 30T and 40T gears for use with hex shafts and round screws, and they can be removed after assembly. The tooth design allows gears to mesh at a 90-degree angle, and combining gears gives a range of ratios. The teeth are Module 1, which suits the 5mm mounting intervals and makes gear motion easier to follow. Tooth counts are molded into the gears. Tapping screw holes let you use the gears as cranks or attach universal arms and plates directly. The 20T, 30T and 40T gears have pin gates for accurate shape.
