About this part

Hot Racing hard aluminum differential case for the Traxxas Summit. The body is 6061-T6 aluminum with a hard anodized finish, which combines light weight with the surface strength needed for full performance and low wear.

Features

  • Aluminum differential case with hard anodizing
  • IN THE BOX:
  • One (1) hard aluminum differential case
  • Four (4) socket head cap screws

Specifications

  • Out drive plate length: 9.5mm
  • Diameter of differential case: 24.3mm
  • Case length: 14.0mm
  • Case diameter: 25.5mm

Requirements

  • Installing the gear set and all hardware (TRA 5681)
  • Use a locking adhesive on the bevel gear screws to keep them from loosening under vibration

Notes

  • Do not overtighten.
  • Replaces the factory plastic differential case from the TRA 5681 parts kit.
