Optional upgrade axle kit from Hot Racing for the TRA 2WD electric Slash. The rear drive axles are CNC machined from hardened steel and replace the factory plastic parts. The kit can be rebuilt, and its design has near zero backlash.

• CNC machined #45 hardened carbon steel axle shafts and outdrive cups
• CNC machined S2 spring steel wheel stub shafts
• Black and brown oxide coating for corrosion resistance
• Blue anodized aluminum pin capture rings with rubber o-rings to prevent movement
• No CV pin setscrew
• Fully rebuildable, with near zero backlash
• Uses the factory 12mm wheel hex hubs

You will receive

• Two (2) rear assembled CVD axles with spring steel wheel stub shafts
• Two (2) steel outdrive cups

Requirements

• Removable blue thread lock on screws that thread into metal
• Light grease on the CV joints to help them last

Comments

• For brushless power and heavy duty use, Hot Racing heavy duty splined axles SLF288RCR are recommended. This kit replaces the factory plastic TRA1951 half shafts, TRA2753X stub axles and TRA4628R output yokes.
