About this part

Robinson Racing Products pinion with 17 teeth at 48 pitch. It drops in as a replacement for a wide range of 1/10 and 1/16 scale electric RC vehicles. Hard nickel plating over the metal body gives a harder surface, so it wears better than an uncoated pinion. It meshes with any compatible 48p spur gear.
