JConcepts 1/8th Buggy Tire, Double Bar, Aqua A2 Compound, Fits 83mm 1/8th Buggy Wheel

About this part

The Double Bar in Aqua A2 compound is sized for 83mm 1/8th buggy wheels. JConcepts developed it ahead of the 1/8 IFMAR World Championship as another option in its bar tire line. The dual-layer tread uses overlapping, repeated elements meant for conditioned track surfaces and heavy slick grooves. Diamond-patterned pins fill the infield, giving surface area and a flexible footprint for high-end racing conditions. Where the two tread layers meet, a wall adds side bite and stability during hard side loads and 180-degree corners. The soft, layered tread tapers at the edge for an easy transition. A firmer inner carcass webbing handles bigger jumps, faster European-style layouts, and ballooning at higher speeds. Dirt-Tech inserts come installed. They are valued for durability, shape and a consistent feel across many track conditions.
