A purple compound Fuzz Bite Lp rear buggy tire from JConcepts, for 2.2 2WD and 4WD rear wheels. JConcepts keeps adding to its racing tread patterns and compounds, and it has been working hard to add options for the carpet and turf scene as more courses open. The Fuzz Bite is a pin tire designed with radius positioning to grip a range of surfaces. It uses a low-profile carcass carried over from the Twin Pin, which gives quick transitions at speed and cuts sidewall deflection and roll. Each pin has a reverse water tower shape, wide at the base and narrow at the top, arranged in a radius to dig into office carpet or tight-knit CRC carpet. Alternating rows of pins provide side bite, and the tight spacing gives forward traction. The pin layout supports good wear and long-lasting traction. A small radial rib on the outside, with an angular cross pattern, gives consistent cornering and forward mid-corner launch grip.
