A front tire for 2.2 4WD buggy wheels, from JConcepts, in green compound. It is a race tire for high-bite, slick conditions, and it is built around the Octagon tread. The Octagon is useful when a slick is the fastest choice and less tread gives an advantage. JConcepts removed some surface area from the geometry-based pattern. The carcass is new, a little rounder than earlier JConcepts slicks, and carries heavy X-pattern inner ribbing for support. The continuous thickness carcass is lightweight and uses the standard 2.2 mounting bead. The embossed octagon tread repeats and overlaps to form a set of grippy edges for dry or abrasive surfaces. The main surface is smooth and slick, the way a JConcepts tire should grip. Each package includes the gray Dirt-Tech insert, known for its durability.
