A green compound SCT slick from JConcepts, sold as the Smoothies and sized for 3.0 x 2.2 wheels. JConcepts continues to support SCT off-road racing with this slick. On many tracks in the racing calendar, a slick in silver or green compound is still the fastest choice, and in damp weather indoor clay gets tacky enough that less tread, or none at all, becomes the advantage. Drivers have long sanded, ground, and hand-shaped tires to reach that slick carcass. The Smoothies deliver the slick straight from the package. The 3.0 x 2.2 bead mounting diameter fits the latest generation of wheels. The carefully profiled carcass rolls through the turns efficiently, and the large smooth surface grips specialty surfaces well. Dirt-Tech SCT inserts come with the tires. Their gray color and custom sculpted features are blended into the newly developed insert material.
