HPI Rover-EX competition rock crawler tires in the softest pink compound. The new tread pattern opens up rocks that were previously too difficult to climb. The mould was updated to strengthen the lugs and hold the tire's shape over rough ground and sharp edges. These tires were tested in real competition, and rock crawlers who have run them on their own rigs report strong results. They grip well on granite, sandstone and similar rock, and they improve with use. They also perform well in wet conditions. The inner foam needs no cutting or trimming. Drill two or three air holes in the wheel or tire so the tire can flex properly.
