Heavy duty rear axle shaft for the AR60 axle, built from domestic high strength chromoly steel. It has a 6mm stub shaft with an M5 thread and a squared locker engagement, which gives more cross section where it engages the spool. The stub shaft uses a 12mm hex and a pin hole through the hex. Two 6x11x4mm bearings are included for the outer housing bearing. The design leaves more material around the link mount screws. The chromoly spool is included and required for these axles. The M5 threaded stub shaft needs an 8mm driver to tighten the included lock nut, and many 8mm drivers are too wide to fit inside wheels. Recommended tools are the Vanquish Products Metric Nut Driver Set (VPS08440) or the Incision 7mm to 8mm Adapter (IRC00142). Some grinding of the screws that hold the lower link mounts may be needed. The axle is designed to OEM tolerances. Fitment in other brands of AR60 offset housings cannot be guaranteed. FITS: Axial Axle AR60, Vanquish VS4-10
