Universal center rear driveshaft, 170.5mm, for the NT48 and NT48.3. A universal shaft smooths power transfer between front and rear and improves brake response, since it has none of the fore and aft chatter of a dogbone center shaft. It is not as light as Tekno's optional aluminum dogbones, but it is more durable and more consistent. The shaft is CNC machined from high-grade steel. It directly replaces the rear center driveshaft, TKR5476 or TKR5476A, and the diff coupler, TKR5075. It works with all versions of the NT48. The package includes one rear center universal driveshaft and one TKR1603 5mm set screw. Use thread locking compound, and check that the set screw keys with the slot on the diff pinion, TKR5152 or TKR5405. It comes with the NT48 2.0 and NT48 2.2 kits and can replace the part on those vehicles. It can also be used on the NT48 and NT48.3, as a direct replacement or an upgrade.
