This is an updated version of Tamiya's HG (High-Grade) flat brush. PBT resin bristles replace the original horsehair, and the grips are now made from solvent-resistant plastic. Its precise bristle shape holds paint well, which makes it useful for both beginners and experienced modelers. It is meant for painting relatively flat surfaces. The grip ends have stoppers that keep the brush from rolling and protect the bristles. If you don't need them, the stoppers can be cut off with side cutters.
