About this part

An oil-filled sealed gear differential for the Tamiya TT-02 family. Oil-filled gear diffs let you change the rate at which the differential gears turn by filling the housing with silicone oils of different viscosity. Lighter oils suit loose tracks, and heavier oils suit high-traction surfaces. Gear diff putty and other grades of oil can also be used to adjust the setup. • This item will NOT fit the Tamiya TT-01 or TT-01E chassis. Its bearing spacing is 0.5mm too wide, and it will bind if installed on a TT-01 variant.
