A 1/12 scale model kit of the Honda Dax125 Tamiya Limited Edition. The 1969 first-generation Dax is covered by Item 16002. The Dax followed the popular Monkey (Z-series) bikes. Its distinctive T-bone frame of pressed steel housed the fuel tank, and a centrifugal clutch drove the engine. It was built to be ridden by anyone, anywhere. Japanese sales ended in 1981, and a similar design returned in 1995. In 2022 Honda announced the Dax125, which keeps the T-bone frame, a long bench seat and a chrome upswept muffler, and suits both city streets and open roads. Body colors are pearl nebula red or pearl cadet gray. This model recreates the Dax 125 Tamiya Limited Edition, an idea from Cub House, an official Honda dealer in Thailand. It was announced at the 2023 Bangkok International Motor Show.
