Touring car wheel arch cutting jig from Schumacher, made for touring car racers. It gives accurate, repeatable wheel arch cuts, which makes one of the trickier steps of body preparation much easier. Set the car to the required ride height, then set the body shell to the height you want. Position the jig flush with the outside of the body shell and locate the centre of the axle through the hole in the tool. The end radius differs from side to side to prevent body tucks, so check that the jig is oriented correctly. Hold the jig and draw around the inside with a fine marker, then cut to the line with curved scissors. The 10mm step can be used to measure wing overhang. FITS: Mi9 Touring Mi10 Touring
