A 16mm 5-hole Fat Boys piston set with 2.7mm thickness. This package includes four pistons. The rear bevel pistons are pre-drilled with 3 x 1.5mm and 2 x 1.7mm holes, and the front flat pistons are drilled with 4 x 1.4mm and 1 x 1.5mm holes unless another setup is requested. The bottom of each piston is pocketed to fit standard shock shafts. The 2.7mm version is thicker still. Its valving path is 2.7mm tall, which adds packing for hot weather and high-grip surfaces. The full outer height keeps the suspension from fluttering, and it packs properly without very thick oils. A thinner oil with the extra drag from the taller piston gives a consistent shock. For lower grip, you can drill a second, larger 1.6mm hole in the rear pistons. Hot weather (emulsion): Front: 40wt AE, 4 x 1.4mm and 1 x 1.5mm Rear: 32.5wt AE, 3 x 1.5mm and 2 x 1.7mm (use 35 for the middle hole on the third-hole rear arm) Cold weather (below 70F): Front: 37.5wt AE, 4 x 1.4mm and 1 x 1.5mm Rear: 30wt AE, 3 x 1.5mm and 2 x 1.7mm
