The Portal Axle Kit V2 is built for the Everest Gen7. It uses the same portal axles found in the Redcat Gen8 Scout II-V2 scale crawler, and includes everything needed to fit portal axles to a Gen7 Sport or Gen7 Pro. The kit contains a front and a rear portal axle, plus a molded plastic plate for mounting the servo to the Gen7 chassis. A slipper clutch upgrade with a gearing change is also included. The portal axles add gear reduction, so without the gearing change the Everest Gen7's top speed drops by about 50%. The slipper clutch has a lockout for anyone who wants the drivetrain to stay locked while still running the revised gearing. Fits: Everest Gen7 Pro and Everest Gen7 Sport
