R1B titanium turnbuckle set in a bronze finish, supplied as six M3.5 x 48mm turnbuckles. These are made in house on a precision Swiss lathe from Grade 5 titanium, held to tight tolerances. For racers who want a lower center of gravity and less overall weight, they are a solid step up. The profile is streamlined, with no extra features that create stress concentrations. The left-hand thread marker is milled into the body as part of the profile. The threads are cold formed by rolling rather than cutting. Cutting interrupts the metal's natural grain, while rolling refines it into a stronger, more uniform structure.
