About this part
Guillows Kit 102, a 1/19 scale balsa model of the French SPAD VII biplane from World War I. Its laser-cut balsa parts build into a model with an 18-inch wingspan. The kit includes detailed plans and instructions, scale WWI plastic wheels, a full set of decals, vacuum-formed plastic parts, an FAI tan rubber power motor, a propeller and tissue covering. Made in the USA and suited to builders 14 and up, whether you want a detailed display model or a free-flight model. Not included: a flat pinnable surface such as thick cardboard or cork sheet, pins, a razor blade or hobby knife, sandpaper, glue, paint and a paintbrush.
